Although this is a minimal amount but still it does have the capability to break your fast. Here arises the question, if sugar is the problem, what if we take sugar-free gum while fasting? Definitely NOT! Sugar-free gum also has the potential to break your fast. The reason is quite obvious here. If sugar is not added, then what makes it sweet?
